Your Messenger message:

"Hi sir good afternoon. I hope all is well with you. I have resigned from my ____________ p(osition) this year due to the mild stroke I had in _________. May I ask if it's okay if you can read me sir. Thank you very much. "--______________"

My reply:

Hello ______________!

The first thing I saw was that your stroke was self-inflicted punishment on your part. In a sense this is good; awareness of it, tracing its root, forgiving everyone including yourself, and living a more relaxed life will lead to your complete well-being. Rehabilitate yourself and follow your doctor's advice, being careful to not become dependent on medication for more than two years. The best doctor is he/she who will keep you on medication only temporarily and not for life.

On a psychological level:

1) As you should not be dependent on medication, so should you not be dependent on the love that others give you.
2) Do not compensate for love lost in the past by desperately filling the void in the present.
3) If no one else will love you, love yourself, because one's self is always one's best lover.
4) You should realize by now that the milieu you left behind due to your illness was a world of the past, and you left behind as well its neuroses and its dysfunctions personified by your co-workers.

Perhaps it is now the time for you to be the best Valentine you have ever had.
