Whatever your culture, it is still all right to use a deck of Tarot cards as long as you feel a strong connection to it:

--Its art appeals to you.
--You feel a tingle in your hands, arms, face, and body whenever you see or touch it.
--It has scenes you believe you've seen before, in dreams or in previous lifetimes.
--You just know that it is yours, and that you must keep it.
--You respect its author/artists by reading and fully comprehending its manual and the ways its creators originally intended it to be used. (You may do away with the manual afterward, and develop your own reading methods.)
--You are able to read its card spreads intuitively, spontaneously, and without effort.

I myself still have several decks of Tarot card, though I use them only for supplementary, not primary, readings.
