If you are not a practiced astral traveler, astral-travel in the day or astral-travel in the night, but do not astral-travel while the day sky turns to night or when the night sky turns to day.

Note that my night classes are scheduled at 4:30 AM but end long before sunrise. Each class may feel like hours to you, but that is because time on the physical level and time on the astral level are not the same.
