Watched an episode of The Librarians that finally caught my interest. In this one, a librarian and a guardian time-travel to 1611 and interact with William Shakespeare. As it turns out, William Shakespeare's friend John Dee gave him a wooden quill pen carved from the Tree of Knowledge, and has been using it to write his plays. There are many references to Shakespeare's other plays and quotations from his works in this episode. Shakespeare is writing a draft of The Tempest and temporarily titling it The Triumph of Prospero. The character Prospero, supposedly the greatest wizard in the world, comes to life. It is the job of the other characters in the present to create a triangle of evocation, summon Prospero, and banish him.
