I would ask the doctor what to do and hope that he and the patient are not in one of those hospitals that have born-again mandates and will squeeze the last centavo from their clients in the name of their religion. If they are, tell them to pay the bills themselves, also in the name of their religion.

I would also grant the girl rest by taking off her life support, after asking a priest to give her Extreme Unction. Extreme Unction is supposed to be a HEALING sacrament. If the patient isn't healed, then I would take it as divine will.

You asked me what I would do. It isn't necessarily what others would do.
