Mild Anxiety Attack?

There is a way to convert a mild anxiety attack into a whole-body orgasm, thus eliminating the need to take any kind of medication.

1) Be aware of how the anxiety translates to body sensations, focusing on your skin. The feeling should translate to an over-all tingle, as when you are pleasantly excited.

2) Associate the tingle with memories of anticipating graduation day, attending a big party, preparing for a job interview, and the like--note that they are all situations in which you are happy while not knowing exactly what will happen or how things will turn out, as though you were about to enter a new life. Note further that all of these are metaphorical of the neonate's entry from the uterus to the world.

3) Enjoy the tingle. It goes with a pleasant feeling of body weakness. It also lasts longer than an actual orgasm.

Know that anxiety is always a product of the imagination, and that imagination is also the key to convert it to a positive feeling--or to dispel it completely.
