After you have astral-journeyed to as high as you can go in this lifetime, there is no turning back for your spirit, your mind, and your heart, because you are not, and will never be, the same person that you were again.

There is only one recourse for other people to perceive you as humble, which is for you to shut up and keep things to yourself. And yet, if you do, you are unable to teach to others everything that you know.
