I will encode it here now. Yesterday, Thursday, was an unpleasant day for you. You were short-tempered and felt like snapping at other people--and, maybe, you did.
The next time you seem to have a day like this:
--Do not exert yourself physically.
--Stay in one place if you can, and center yourself with a cool drink, such as lemonade.
--Avoid talking to others.
--Do not pass on the ill will. If you do, it will travel and go round.
--Treat yourself to something really nice.
--Know that no day is perfect, and do not take things that upset you as personal affronts.
