Patrick delivers the custom-made art carrier that he designed and executed for me. It is made of whole, Crazy Horse leather with minimal cuts, can accommodate a large sketch pad or a fair-sized, stretched canvas, and has specified pockets: one for a large notebook, another for five, fat fountain pens, and a third for a pack of cigarettes and a lighter.
Took him to a late lunch at M.'s cafe.
