Last night M. asked me to taste his sinigang na ulo ng tuna for lunch today, and so, that is what I had. Quite good. M. called it "head tuna" instead of"tuna head". Reminded me of people who say "belly fish" instead of "fish belly". Too literal a translation from "ulo ng tuna" and "tiyan ng isda", in which the nouns "ulo" and "tiyan" come first.
