Construction is not yet complete, but I now can slip into M.'s cafe via the as-yet-unoccupied sleeping quarters to have a root beer or a snack. I don't have to go out into the driveway and onto the street especially when it rains.

The Spirit Questors could also, actually, go into M.'s cafe and then dip into my house for a secret meeting without anyone outside suspecting where they went.
